What TableHuddle is

TableHuddle ("we", "the service") is a web app at tablehuddle.com that helps you plan board game nights. You can poll your crew for availability, pool everyone's game collections, vote on what to play, and generate a shareable table plan covering who brings and teaches each game. Hosts can optionally post plans to a Discord channel and collect RSVPs there.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use TableHuddle.

Accounts & eligibility

You need an account to host crews or join a game night. When you sign up, keep your credentials to yourself and keep your account secure, you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. Hosting a crew is a paid plan; joining a crew is free.

Acceptable use

Don't use TableHuddle to:

• break the law, harass people, or share illegal content;
• abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service;
• spam, mass-message, or send unwanted invites;
• upload malware or try to disrupt another user's crews or events.

We can suspend or remove access if a use causes harm to the service or other users.

Your content

Content you add crews, events, game plans, votes, availability, collection imports, snack lists, and anything you post to a connected Discord channel is yours. You give TableHuddle a limited license to host, store, and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and your crew (for example, showing a plan to crew members, or posting it to the Discord channel you chose). You're responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to add it.

Third parties

TableHuddle relies on and connects to several third parties:

• BoardGameGeek. Game names, images, and collection data come from BoardGameGeek via its XML API. TableHuddle shows the required attribution and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BoardGameGeek.
• Discord. If you connect a server, the Discord integration talks to Discord's API. Discord's terms govern your use of Discord.
• Auth, email & hosting providers. Sign-in, email, and the underlying hosting are provided by third parties whose terms also apply.

We're not responsible for the behavior or availability of those third-party services.

Discord bot integration

Connecting Discord is optional and only a crew owner can set it up. When connected, TableHuddle posts a plan summary to the Discord channel you choose, and that message includes Going / Maybe / Can't RSVP buttons. Pressing a button sends your RSVP back into TableHuddle. The content of the posted message is visible to everyone in that Discord channel. You can unlink Discord at any time.

No warranty

TableHuddle is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated plan will suit your group. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableHuddle and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. For example, a missed game night, a lost invite, or data that's unavailable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months, or nothing if you paid nothing.

Termination

You can delete your account or leave a crew at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll try to notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above reflects the last revision.
